Turf Master History

Horticulture came naturally for Patrick Lester, owner and founder of Turf Master Lawn Service:

As a child I was fascinated by being able to plant a seed in a cup of dirt, and with a little time, water, and a lot of prayer a plant would emerge. This passion has continued throughout my life and has given me the ability truly to enjoy each day by working with something that still fascinates me: Grass and Plants.

”Many years ago I began my adventure by mowing lawns after school and on weekends. Over the years my passion has evolved from an after school job to operating a multi-service landscape maintenance company. This evolution has given me the ability to work with a variety of plants and many people. Each encounter is very important to me, and I take great pride in working with landscapes and the people of Sumter, Manning, and Columbia, South Carolina.

We at Turf Master take great pride in working with our clients to bring their lawn and landscape to its full potential. It is a process that is ever changing and almost always guarantees to be a unique experience each time.
